Information
The construction, operation, maintenance and supervision of rural wastewater treatment facilities require long-term and continuous investment of large amounts of funds. Funding is a very important restrictive factor that determines the effectiveness of rural wastewater treatment. At present the construction and operation of related facilities for rural wastewater treatment still require public financial input from governments at all levels. To a large extent, social capital's participation in rural wastewater treatment also needs to rely on long-term support from local finance in order to achieve basic investment returns.
